San Francisco Saturday July 28 Asian Art Museum	Anime and Manga for Beginners I will be doing an introduction to anime and manga detailing many interesting aspects of these forms of story telling. If you assume anime and manga are like American cartoons and comic books you should attend and discover why you are mistaken This part of the Tezuka: Marvel of Manga exhibition. 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. Samsung Hall.

Cal-Animage Alpha UC Berkeley Check their web pages for the location.	Cal-Animage Alpha is UC Berkeley's anime club. I show up on occasion during the semester and enjoy the fun. Let me know if you would like to meet and I'll see if I can attend that week's meeting. Any officer should be able to point me out to you, also I get there around 6:30 to get the best seat. Drop by and chat and enjoy some good anime.
Animatrix DVD	Not an event but I am on the Animatrix DVD. I was interviewed by them about anime. More importantly also on the disc is Frederik Schodt.
