Obtaining Permssion for Public Anime Showings
Many public libraries have a public performance license which covers anime distributed by major studios such as as Go Fish, a susidiary of Dreamworks, and Buena Vista, the distributor of the anime of Studio Ghibli. Two major companies which handle such licensing are: Movie Licensing USA and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC). If your club is using library facilities you may be covered by such a license.
